Located on the southern rural section of picturesque Silver City, Harrison Schmitt Elementary is the largest elementary school in the district. Our school’s new gym overlooks the rolling countryside along with two large playgrounds and the school garden. HHS has an outstanding reputation for dedicated teachers and effective instruction. In an effort to encourage continuing improvement in technology, interactive learning, and communication, classrooms are equipped with the latest in state-of-the-art technological equipment including promethean boards, chromebooks, ipads, and wireless laptops. Two computer labs are available to all students as well!
